The Dual Large 3-Layer "Oil-Free" Performance Air Filters in this intake system offer maximum convenience, utilizing oil-free, large 7" tall radial flow performance air filters with 3-Layer synthetic media. To provide a hassle-free installation, aFe has developed a wrinkle-black powder-coated aluminum heat shield that snaps onto the top of the lower half of the factory air box, utilizing the factory mounting locations.
The Dual Mandrel-bent Wrinkle-black Powder-coated aluminum intake tubes are designed with an H-pipe to balance intake tube pressure and maximize airflow and velocity. All clamps, couplings, and hardware are included for a hassle-free installation, and this is a direct bolt-on kit that requires no cutting or drilling on factory parts.
This intake system outflows the factory intake by up to 44%, thanks to the 3-Layer non-oiled, washable synthetic media that offers the perfect balance of performance, protection, and convenience. However, it is important to note that this item is not CARB exempt and is not legal to purchase in California.
The Dual Large 3-Layer "Oil-Free" Performance Air Filters are designed to fit the Ford F-150 2017 V6-35L (tat) model.
